Precon Flame Arrester

Flame arresters are designed to stop the propagation of a flame or explosion from one part of the system to another, especially in piping systems, storage tanks, or ventilation ducts that contain flammable gases or vapors.

Prevent flashback or backfire
When there is an outside source of fire (e.g. lightning, sparks, or incomplete combustion), a flame arrester will stop the flame from entering a tank or system containing combustibles.
